New legislation from the NSW Government called the Strata Hub is applicable to all strata schemes in NSW
The NSW government has implemented the ‘Strata Hub’ which requires all crucial information such as, Strata plan Numbers, Registration Date, number of lots in a scheme, contact details of the chairperson and AGM and Annual Fire Safety Statement dates must be reported into the new system.
